I am proud to report that the Moro Moro Scholarship Fund (MMSF) ends 2019 in fantastic shape! We are blessed to support nine students at campuses in Santa Cruz and Vallegrande, Bolivia. Plus, we are looking forward to the graduation of MMSF Scholars Liliana Aguado (nursing) and Dalcy Escobar (pharmacy).

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Twenty-some years ago, my father and a few friends had a dream to support one student from Moro Moro, Bolivia, my dad's hometown. Now that student, Aida Pardos, is a seasoned physician who has been serving the Moro Moro region for 10 years!

WHERE IN THE WORLD IS MORO MORO?

The town of Moro Moro is somewhat isolated among the foothills of the Andes Mountains in central Bolivia (18°21'56.0'S 64°19'27.0"W). Like Franklin and Aida, the youth of the region have virtually no chance at a higher education without this scholarship. You make it happen!

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

We need your help now to continue this scholarship. Please consider a donation to help this work continue. We expect operating costs to remain around $1,419 (USD) per student. This is such an incredible bargain! Your gift will have a direct impact on the life of a promising scholar, like Franklin or Aida. Please consider supporting this vital effort.

Times are a-changing, but the Moro Moro Scholarship Fund (MMSF) continues to provide opportunities for the most deserving students from Moro Moro, Bolivia, and surrounding rural communities. This year, we supported 10 students on two campuses, including our first-ever graduate from the Vallegrande campus, our most recent site!

The work of MMSF and the Moro Moro scholars continues!

We are proud to announce that we have a graduate in Santa Cruz, Noelia Soto (Bachelor of psychology). Three more students are continuing their studies, including our newest student, an architecture major. In more great news, Gabriela Cuellar is our first graduate from our satellite site in Vallegrande, Bolivia. Another student is slated to graduate...

MMSF continues to host students in Santa Cruz and Vallegrande, Bolivia. This past year, there have been three graduations! In Santa Cruz, Jesus Vargas earned his degree in civil engineering, and Liliana Aguado Peña graduated with a dual degree in pharmacy and biochemistry.
