Loaves and Fishes The Bible tells of the powerful multiplication of the gifts of a few small loaves and fishes to feed many. The value of the dollar that you give to the MoroMoro Scholarship Fund multiplies powerfully as well. The Moro Moro Scholarship Fund is indeed small in proportion to the help it provides. It is made up of many small gifts from many contributors since its founding in 2001. Overhead for the Fund, too, is very small. The management fee from Norstar Foundation for the 501(c)(3) corporation is $300.00 annually. Aside from this annual expense, 100% of all contributions go directly to the education and support of Moro Moro Scholars in Bolivia. Planning, oversight, management and direction of the program are donated by the Board of Directors and other volunteers in United States and in Bolivia. Because of the change in currency exchange rates and economic conditions in Bolivia, the dollar that you contribute in United States has an increasingly powerful multiplying capacity to provide education, food, lodging and materials for the needy in Bolivia. In 2002 the Moro Moro Scholarship Fund spent an average of $2000 of contributed funds per Scholar. In 2003 the same $2000 of contributed funds covers the full support of two Scholars. This multiplying trend continues as the economic conditions tighten in Bolivia. Your gift is indeed like a small loaf or a fish. Send contributions to:
